Preorders Policy

  3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The ETA provided is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping issues. While we strive to provide accurate ETAs, they are provided as a guideline and should be considered approximate.
  4. Product Specifications: The specifications of the preorder item, including materials, size, weight, and any additional features such as LED effects, are provided for your reference. Please review these specifications carefully to ensure they meet your expectations.
  5. Cancellations and Refunds: Preorder items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Once a preorder is placed and the deposit is paid, it is considered a binding commitment. Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds or deposit transfers are not guaranteed.
  6. Order Fulfillment: Preorders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options if available.
