At ZenCave Collectibles, we offer the convenience of storing and shipping your orders together to help you save on shipping fees. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding order storage and combined shipping:

Order Storage:

Duration: We will store your order(s) for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. After this time, we reserve the right to immediately ship unclaimed orders, or cancel unclaimed orders where shipping charges have not been paid.

Condition: While your order is stored, we will take reasonable measures to ensure its safety and preservation. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the storage period.

Combined Shipping:

Eligibility: To be eligible for combined shipping, you must have an existing order awaiting shipment and request to add a new order to it before the original order is dispatched.

Shipping Fees: Combined shipping does not waive the shipping fees entirely but allows you to pay the applicable shipping fees for both orders as a single consolidated amount.

Invoice: We will invoice you for the combined shipping fees. Your order(s) will not be released for shipment until the shipping fees have been paid in full.

Shipping Method: The combined order will be shipped using the shipping method selected for the original order unless otherwise specified or requested.

Changes and Cancellations:

Order Changes: Once an order is added to an existing shipment, changes to the combined order, such as adding or removing items, may not be possible. Please ensure that your order is complete and accurate before requesting combined shipping.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order that has been added to a shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Liability:

Shipping Liability: Once your combined order is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit.

Storage Liability: While we take precautions to store your order(s) securely, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the storage period,
